About ASD Ventures

ASD Ventures is a property development & land development company based in Vancouver, Canada. It was founded in 2011 by Builder and Capital Investor Arvind Dhillon.

What inspired Arvind Dhillon to develop ASD Ventures?

Having already established a name in the security sector, Arvind Dhillon wanted to get into the real estate aspect of all that came with it. In 2010, he built his first house in Burnaby.

Since 2010, Arvind Dhillon has built over 60 homes. Most have been built spec homes, while the remainder were built for private builders.

Since 2017, ASD Ventures has been involved in building townhouses and land developments.

Arvind Dhillon has an extensive venture capitalist background and business acumen that have allowed him to succeed in the land development and building sectors. Arvind Dhillon and his team have built a solid relationship with contractors before a contract has continued forth – for him, nothing is more important than transparent, honest business.
